Шаг первый:
Если у вас было недавно установлена Windows, то необходимо установить .NET Framework и пакет Visual C++ и самое главное, у вас должна быть GTA 5 именно лицензионной, пиратка увы работать не будет.
Шаг второй:
Качаем файл и устанавливаем
Указываем путь, который указан изначально.
Путь, где находится игра: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
